Dear Williams Kitchen & Bath:

Early in July my husband stopped by to see if you had a replacement

for some brackets that were no longer working in one of our kitchen

cabinets. He was greeted with courtesy and eagerness to help him.

You supplied my husband with replacement parts at no cost, and these

parts fit perfectly.

I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to help my husband find

the right parts. Our kitchen is over 20 years old, and even though

the cabinetry still looks almost like new; we will be doing some work

in the next couple of years. We know who we will be calling.

Dear Sir,

We have been working with Kristen for a couple of weeks now, planning our new kitchen for our home in the U.P. I just wanted to let you know that she has been the most pleasant, efficient, friendly sales person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She is right on top of things, offers good suggestions, explains everything, and I feel like I am talking with a friend I have known for years rather then someone I just met to buy cupboards from.

I thought you should know how much we have appreciated her work, help and efficiency on this project. Other then being a most kind person, she is very knowledgeable in her field and has made this experience for us a pleasure. I would continue to do business with Williams Kitchen & Bath due to the experience I have had with her, and definitely will continue to work with Kristen on an appliance package and countertops. I would definitely recommend your company in Pelston to anyone that needs your commodities in the northern area.

You are fortunate to have an employee like Kristen working for you. These types of sales people are few and far between, or at least that is my experience and I am a Buyer by trade, so I run into many sales people on a Dailey basis.

I wanted to extend my thanks to you for the great service you’ve extended to us

through our kitchen, bathrooms and basement remodeling projects. Your

attentiveness, knowledge, professionalism and good humor were greatly appreciated.

The Bosch dishwasher replacement is outstanding – consistently clean dishes as

expected. Also, the Panasonic exhaust fan repair was completed successfully by the

Williams staff.

I was just with Newton Johnson Plbg and they told me they had an emergency

no heat and needed a Downflo GCH9 that they do not stock. They called Jerry

in Howell and Jerry got the unit on the truck heading that way that same day.

Tim Newton was very pleased with our prompt service and Jerry's level of

concern and ability to help them.

Jan Alm a customer of Marsha Merchant’s asked for the

manager a couple of days ago to make a point to explain

how great Marsha was to work with. She told me that

Marsha had already been to the house twice and was very

helpful with finding the perfect colors for her bath project.

She was mostly impressed with the amount of time Marsha

had spent with her, with what was as the customer stated

“not a very big project” Marsha is very knowledgeable and

wonderful to work with, she explained….

“How do I get this where it needs to go to be counted as a

raving fan?”

She made a point to definitely RAVE!!
